Lovely stay. Would return. Close to everywhere we wanted to visit (Woodstock & Green Mountain Golf Course this trip)

We loved that the owner shared her daughter's paintings and history of the Inn. They are making the Inn beautiful as they only took it over in Feb. Of this year. Great breakfast with great coffee and herbal teas. Great job Luke!!

Loved the riverfront views. Perfect room for the night

Loved our stay at the Lincoln Inn. Great location, beautiful views, friendly family owned staff, delicious breakfast. Although watch your head in the bathroom. Even with the sign posted on the wall my girlfriend and I both managed to bump our heads on the low ceiling using the restroom. Definitely worth the stay though!

Cozy little b&b tucked away just outside of town. Staff was friendly, called to find out when I would be arriving to make sure they had everything ready. Room was clean and spacious.

We truly enjoyed our one night stay! The indoor space was cute. The owners were pleasant. The surrounding grounds were so pretty. The fire pit at night was perfect after a full day of sight seeing. So glad we visited!
Anne, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It was a charming little place, but the stay was very expensive for the amenities available. The continental breakfast was good. I did not like that the doorframe to our room was broken and there is a big gap so anyone can see into the room. It would have been nice to have a TV since everything shuts down early in this sleepy little town.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lincoln Inn. The property was very cute and historic, and the innkeeper was warm and welcoming.

We had a great stay in April! Mud season, but still great to be right next to the river

Poor value

Tiny room. No TV. No coffee machine for over $400.

Nice view with spacious grounds. I see potential for lovely garden with a little help

8/10 Very good

It was very nice, with a good breakfast, especially the yummy toast/bread. The room was nice enough except for plasticky mattress cover and tiny shower. We loved the outdoor space which has nice furniture and access to the river. Woodstock is a wonderful town.
Katherine, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Liked the location next to the river and covered bridge. Nice breakfast included. Beds were toooo soft and “noisy” when turning around. Very thin and low shower pressure
Andrea, 2-night trip

Lovely historic inn under new ownership. About 3 miles from woodstock center. Pretty spot right on the river. Smaller rooms expected in a inn that dates to 1760. Wxcellent aur conditioning. Breakfast was local breads, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, coffe. Would recommend ownership.
Suzanne, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Super cozy rooms with large comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor area with a fire pit near the river. If you open your windows at night you can hear the river which is lovely. Just a couple minutes drive from Woodstock center
Michaela, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The owner was very attentive and helpful with all of our requests. He was truly thankful for us staying at the Inn. The Inn was nicely decorated and full of history which was shared throughout. The outside area was inviting with different seating options from couches to tables and chairs to Adirondack chairs under a tree and by the river. There was also a 2 seater swing. This is a historical building and we had to walk up about a dozen steps to our room, which may pose a problem for some. We will definitely be staying here again! I would highly recommend Lincoln Inn!
Michelle, 2-night trip

We enjoyed our stay. The inn is in an old historic building but the interior is clean and filled with nice touches. We stayed one night, and were in the smallest room. The bed was fine. The room was quiet! The breakfast was thoughtfully presented. Good coffee. Great bread. We enjoyed the outside patio and lawn that leads down to the Ottauquechee River. We also enjoyed the artwork in the gallery. The best part of the inn is the owner and staff. They are attentive and eager to please.

Beautiful Inn with Beautiful Location

Fantastic trip! The owners feel like family friends! Beautiful grounds! Keep in mind the home was built in late 1700’s so there are some quaint things. Smaller shower in some rooms because not every room had a bathroom back then, more likely an outhouse and a tub in the kitchen! Haha! We will be back!
