"Last time we stayed here was 20 years ago, and were pleasantly surprised that the hotel is very much as we remembered - uniquely New Hampshire, huge roaring fireplace, a pool that our kids loved when they were little, and a basic free breakfast. We loved the massage chair in our room!"

"Lovely place just a few miles (10 minutes) outside of the town center, and very accessible to everything we wanted to do. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. We drove into town center several times but we were glad we stayed away from the crowds. There's a wonderful Farmer's Market super close, so our last night, we ate in with the food we purchased there. Full refrigerator, microwave and all the comforts of home. Not a huge room, but so well organized that I worked great for the two of us. Would stay here again. Nice hosts!"

"I highly recommend Deer Brook Inn. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful, cozy, well-kept and everything you’d want for a Vermont getaway. The innkeepers may be some of my favorite humans I’ve ever met. Their energy is bright and peaceful which reflects into the energy of the inn. They have cookies, coffee, teas and other drinks at night and a delicious custom breakfast in the morning. They have chickens out back, a fire pit and a sauna. It’s about a 7min drive from downtown Woodstock. Don't hesitate to book!"
