Good for couple of nights. Decently priced for expensive Singapore. But perhaps I wouldn't stay there longer than 2 or 3 nights. Location was great. Wifi wouldn't connect. Water wouldn't get warm for shower. Staff were nice and helpful.

This hotel stands out for its position- walk to Chinatown, walk to Marina Bay and Quay. There are so many things I like about this hotel. Price is right. Room is small but clean and well equipped with amenities. They have the most advanced shower faucets that can do so many functions. Staffs are friendly with integrity. I stayed there 3 years ago and when I came back this year, I saw much improvement with renovation. 5 stars!!!

The hotel itself is quite dated and could definitely use some renovations, as some areas feel worn and outdated. However, what it lacks in modern facilities, it makes up for with its unbeatable location. The biggest advantage of staying here is that almost everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, convenience stores, shopping areas, public transportation, and many tourist attractions are easily accessible without needing to spend much on transportation. This made exploring Singapore very convenient and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean despite the property's age. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, this may not be the place for you. But if your priority is a budget-friendly stay in a prime location where you can walk almost everywhere, Jayleen is a practical choice.

Decent hotel for anyone on a budget, great location very close to bus station and the trains. Small rooms but comfy beds. Enough room for two people with the small room we booked. Overall pleasant stay, if you’re on a budget then this hotel could be it for you!

Everything is close by the hotel. It was convenient for us and the cruise port was nearby. I like the fact that you can eat ice cream every day. The night market is a must see. When we registered the lady checking us in was good. Unfortunately the rooms are small. In our room when sitting on toilet in ensuite my legs touched the door. The bathrooms dont have exctractor fans so there is mould. Beds were comfortable and air con worked well. The wifi did not at all, cutting out very often. The bed was made up daily but the coffee was not replaced every day. Rooms have a fridge and a safe and breakfast was good value. It was not labelled but staff was able to tell me what was vegetarian and there was a good variety. Staff on other days did not smile. They were able to store our luggage on last day.And on a positive note, the location was good and close to MRT and bus stops.

Roomwas okay.safe didn't work, vanity was loose, if you stay at level 5 be aware of the noise from the roof top party zone. I had movi ng of chairs etc until 1 am! Reception staff are excellent. And its amazing what they squeeze into 15 sqm. By the way, my level 4 Wi-Fi hadno internet, so i had to use level 1 Reception over the weekend which was slow with drop outs. No good if you're a business traveler. But the price is good and the location is good. Depends on what you need it's either a steal or a disaster.

The hotel location and it’s staff are its best features. The hotel is a bit dingy hit for one night, it is okay. The ac was outstanding. It was quiet and quickly moved to the setting we required . The bed was okay, the room a bit small. We dormant know we were supposed to flip a switch to get hot water, so we dormant take a shower the day we arrived but while eating breakfast, we leaned there was a switch to flip that would start the hot water flowing. I would consider this an adequate one nighter but not for a longer stay.
