Not enough staff at night around the bar area. In the daytime the bar area is closed off and nowhere for customers to sit, just open it up to allow people to sit and relax, crazy people sitting in stairs and the floor.

We visited Munich for a holiday but also to see the 2 Metallica shows. The hotel was ideally situated as the underground was literally around the corner (we got to Marienplatz in 10 minutes, which was great as there were no restaurants in the immediate vicinity) and the gig venue was only 1 stop away. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The only thing that let it down slightly for us was the very limited menu in the restaurant and the waiting staff weren't the cheeriest - especially at breakfast time. However, I would definitely stay here again.

Not my first visit to this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for a month 9 years ago for a business trip. Rooms are starting to show their age and could use an update. One of the bath towels were had black spots all over it and was dirty. Breakfast is great. If you drive there beware of clipping your wheel when driving to the entrance of the hotel. Its pretty tight when cars are parked at the corner.

All the hotel parking was taken by concert goers (the hotel is a 20 minute walk to a stadium), which is where I had to pay to park. The staff said there’s nothing they can do about the parking. I would suggest removing “free onsite parking at hotel” from the website. It should be for hotel guests only. The drinks were good. The food was terrible. The staff was kind enough. The room was adequate. But really, the parking issue was the main reason for this poor review.
