The hotel is located near the main sightseeing area, and the staff were very friendly. We received a medium sized bottle of wine as a courtesy. The only thing I did not like was that I made a reservation at the terrace restaurant because the mariachis were supposed to perform, and I invited two friends. Gorgeous room with two French doors looking out at the Zocalo. The beds and pillows were great and the linens were very nice. We slept comfortably. The decor made the room feel staff were nice and the location could not be beat.
