Shri from the hotel welcomed us with great care. The hotel’s design and rooms are exceptional, warm and inviting, yet reminiscent of a grand 20th-century mansion. The mattress was super comfortable, and the room included a fireplace and was well equipped. Everything was spotless and very well managed. We had a wonderful time staying there and 100% recommend it.

The historic architecture is beautifully maintained, and the lobby, hallways, and guest rooms are decorated with understated elegance that feels both timeless and welcoming. The bathroom design was especially noteworthy—thoughtfully updated with a touch of luxury. I looked forward to a relaxing soak in the Duravit bathtub each evening, a small indulgence that made the experience feel restorative. What truly made my stay special, however, was the people. The owners and staff were warm, gracious, and genuinely attentive—greeting me each morning and always available to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality gave the Inn a personal, home-like atmosphere that’s rare to find. For anyone seeking a refined yet comfortable stay in San Francisco, the Nob Hill Inn is a gem I would gladly return to.
