Location in regards to the airport is great. Check in was good. The room aged but it was perfectly fine for the night to catch out morning flight. The breakfast was actually great way better than the array of processed food in the US in the price range. We stay usually at this hotel and their restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We had a room for 3 which was aged but when we stayed just the 2 of us we had and updated room which was much nicer.

There are homeless people in the area. The breakfast is delicious and the breakfast time is early, which is a relief! People who have to catch a morning flight also have the opportunity to have breakfast.

Does exactly what you need this hotel to do

It does exactly what you need this hotel to do and be close to GRU. Nothing else special. But it's not needed. Rooms fine, could do with a refurb but overall clean. Quite a shady area so there's not much to do. But if you need to be close to GRU for an early flight. This is fine. They offer a shuttle bus but Uber very easy and a 20 min drive.

The room was small but sufficient and very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff at check-in and check-out weren't very communicative. When I checked-in, I was told to just leave my car keys, which I did, but wasn't given a ticket. In the morning, when I wanted to leave, I wasn't told where to go to pick up my car. When I figured that out, they didn't know which car was mine and I had to go look for it.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that a room wasn’t available for me and that I hadn’t paid. I already paid online for the reservation. It was late at night and I was terrified being in a foreign country without accommodation. I was frantically looking for another hotel who would take me since I was desperate. Eventually they told me that there was a room available for me and I had to pay on my card.
