Great location and customer service, clean and well kept building. Only negative would be the mattress felt old and you could feel the springs so not the most comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay in San Juan.

I found the location to be perfect for our short stay in Old San Juan. The studio room was clean, comfortable and perfect for a short stay. I would highly recommend this location and this hotel and would gladly stay here again. The staff was friendly and accommodating and everything about it was wonderful.

The location was incredible, the apartment itself had an excellent decor, and you could look right over the main road without having it be too loud at night. Will definitely stay here whenever we return.

This hotel deserves more stars! As soon as you walk in you can just feel the calmness the hotel has. It so beautiful inside. It’s super clean and the workers are all very friendly especially the lady that was in the storage room, she was the cutest! I solo traveled for the first time and I felt so comfortable staying here. I’d definitely book again!

Beautiful traditional style property centrally located in Old Town. We felt like we were in the center of everything. Confrontations and extremely spacious bathrooms. It exceeded the photos shown online.

8/10 Very good

The size of the unit/apartment was impresive. 2 rooms, 2 full bathrooms one which was bigger than a room, full kitchen, living room, balcony. I paid hotel room price including for an apartment size unit. We walked to all our places, We bought food at a local supermarket and saved a ton of money on eating out. It was great. The only thing they should do more often is clean the pigeon poop from the balcony. Peageons are every where.

Quick 1 night stay. Would book again. Great location, large room, can’t beat it for the price. As others have mentioned, the air freshener smell is a bit strong.
