We were very happy staying here, the only thing negative is the spa bath didn't work but otherwise a great venue and very handy location.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very comfortable. The rooms are nice and have comfortable beds, new bathrooms and nice new carpet too. The manager was very helpful when I checked in and I found out I had actually booked the wrong dates (arrived a day early) but he changed it for me issues. Great location near the stadium, supermarkets and about a 10-15 minute walk to Hamilton Central

Great place to stay

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Despite being on the main road the room was pretty quiet and was nice and comfy with new fit out etc.

It was clean and central to most places we needed to visit whilst in Hmailton

8/10 Very good

Location was good. Bathroom was upgraded. However there were only 2 towels (for a room that slept three). There were only 3 very soft pillows in total on the two beds - this made it hard for watch tv while on/in the bed and the desk chairs were not comfortable too sit on (nor was there room unless you sat on the right in front of the tv). Overall, I’d stay there again - good price considering.

The room I had was newly refurbished and spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again and have already recommended it to others.

Excellent value near to supermarkets. Excllent cleanliness in a newly refurbished room. They require a refundable deposit of $200 at checking that might speak to some guests but no complaints from me.

I really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and staff very approachable - I asked for sugar and black tea everyday and they were very hospitable. Also assisted by calling me taxi when I needed it. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet and I will definitely come back when I visit NZ again. I hope one day you can open a cafe or restaurant or provide basic breakfast (even just cereal and milk). Thank you so much for welcoming me. Bernadette Crain
