We stayed here for 2 nights and were very comfortable. The rooms are nice and have comfortable beds, new bathrooms and nice new carpet too. The manager was very helpful when I checked in and I found out I had actually booked the wrong dates (arrived a day early) but he changed it for me issues. Great location near the stadium, supermarkets and about a 10-15 minute walk to Hamilton Central

Location was good. Bathroom was upgraded. However there were only 2 towels (for a room that slept three). There were only 3 very soft pillows in total on the two beds - this made it hard for watch tv while on/in the bed and the desk chairs were not comfortable too sit on (nor was there room unless you sat on the right in front of the tv). Overall, I’d stay there again - good price considering.

I really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and staff very approachable - I asked for sugar and black tea everyday and they were very hospitable. Also assisted by calling me taxi when I needed it. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet and I will definitely come back when I visit NZ again. I hope one day you can open a cafe or restaurant or provide basic breakfast (even just cereal and milk).
