Overall, it's a nice hotel with a good breakfast. However, it would be helpful to have towel hangers so that wet towels aren't stored on the table. Additionally, there was no cleaning service provided for two days, but that was fine since we didn't need it.

Staffs at the hotel were very nice. Receptionists were welcoming and thr check-in was eeally smooth. The mademoiselle at the breakfast was nice lady. The room was okay except for the bathroom. The basin was clogged so water wasn't draining well. I had simple fixing of this. The towel used in front of the shower area was already wet before usage. Except this, I liked this place as it is quite convenient as it's right in front of the tram station. The breakfast was good as there was warm food as well as good selection of bread and fruits.

Nous avons choisi une rĂ©servation avec climatisation, mais malheureusement pour nous et d'autres clients la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas !!nous avons eu trĂšs chaud pour dormir.Apparemment un technicien Ă©tait passĂ© mais en vain la clim ne fonctionnait toujours pas.Le dernier jour de notre sĂ©jour, on nous a proposĂ© une boisson gratuite au bar!!!!et de changer de chambre!!!!.Nous avons refusĂ©.Nous aurions prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© un petit dĂ©dommagement???A part ça, fĂ©licitations aux personnels du petit dĂ©jeuner, trĂšs gentils , souriantes, aimables, vraiment Ă  notre Ă©coute et Ă  notre service. Dommage Ă©galement que le parking est payant 10€ par jour cela fait cher!!!!

J'ai sĂ©journĂ© trois nuits au Campanile et, dans l'ensemble, j'en garde une impression plutĂŽt positive. Le personnel est trĂšs agrĂ©able, professionnel et Ă  l'Ă©coute, et le petit dĂ©jeuner est tout Ă  fait correct, avec un bon choix et des produits frais. Cependant, quelques points ont un peu terni mon expĂ©rience. À mon arrivĂ©e, il manquait une serviette de bain dans la chambre. Plus inquiĂ©tant, un couple a tentĂ© d’entrer dans ma chambre dans la soirĂ©e Ă  cause d’une erreur Ă  l’accueil : heureusement, le loquet Ă©tait fermĂ©. Ce genre d’incident peut ĂȘtre Ă©vitĂ© avec une meilleure organisation. L’établissement aurait besoin d'une rĂ©novation : le plafond de la douche Ă©tait littĂ©ralement maintenu avec des mouchoirs, ce qui n’est ni rassurant ni hygiĂ©nique. Il n’y avait pas non plus de poubelle dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est pas trĂšs pratique. Enfin, les serviettes ont Ă©tĂ© systĂ©matiquement changĂ©es alors que je les avais laissĂ©es accrochĂ©es, ce qui va Ă  l’encontre des recommandations Ă©cologiques souvent affichĂ©es. En rĂ©sumĂ©, un bon accueil et des services corrects, mais l’établissement gagnerait vraiment Ă  ĂȘtre remis Ă  niveau sur certains aspects pour offrir une expĂ©rience plus fiable et confortable.
