The room was very comfortable and the facilities were very nice. Some things were missing from the room and broken. There were supposed to be two bottles of wine in the room and if you used them, you would be charged but when we got there, there was no wine to be found. Plates were missing. One vase was broken, and the light switches turned off all the lights that had plugs for you to charge your devices on which made them hard to use.

Very comfortable accomodations. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes that you need. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We loved the saltwater pool, the hot tub and the sauna. Door County coffee was a treat every day. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were helpful and friendly, answered all of my many questions. They were available throughout the day. Room was clean upon arrival. We were given a briefing of the property at check-in and a listing of things to do in the surrounding area. The outdoor grills also worked well. We have stayed at this resort each of the 3 times that my family has gone to Door County since 2018 and it has always been extremely pleasant.

We loved staying here. The staff was very helpful when we needed it, and it’s lovely that they have a good wine selection just by the reception desk. We had a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen, just like an apartment. I never got the coffee right- the packets they gave us made wimpy coffee, seemingly no matter how much or how little water I used. We have Nespresso at home, so I may be out of practice. Also, there was no place for luggage. I like to unpack, but my husband prefers to keep his suitcase open. We had to keep it on the sofa. There was no other surface where it would fit, and no place on the floor where we wouldn’t trip over it. However, the whole place is lovely. And it certainly couldn’t have been more convenient- a market practically next door, and a whole world of possibilities for shopping, dining, whatever. We’ll be back!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. It was a nice layout and had a large patio with a table and chairs. It was dated and the hall bath shower looked moldy, so we didn't use it. The sink also wouldn't drain. The master bath has been updated and was nice. It's in a good location and walking to restaurants or the beach was easy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice stay .
