Fantastic Place to Stay!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, parking is safe, restaurant and morning buffet were delicious. Rooms were very spacious. Correction to what hotels.com says, there are no hot tubs/jacuzzi’s on site. There is a pool and gym, pretty dated equipment in gym but very usable! Central location to walk the east side of the city.

The hotel was in a pleasant part of the city. There were plenty of places to eat nearby as well as many shops too. Bus stations as well as the subway were close by allowing easy access to wherever you needed to go.

o cafe da manha é sem criatividade... igual todos os dias... mesmo as frutas, sempre o mesmo e muito pouca variedade de paes... pode melhorar muito. o quarto é amplo porem ao abrir a janela se da para outro quarto assim a cortina tinha que ficar fechada. no quarto falta alguma manutencao para ficar melhor...As camas rangiam muito e a porta do armario raspa no chao ao abrir. Tive que pedir toalhas todos os dias pois deixavam somente 3 e eramos 4 pessoas.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, estando de fácil acesso para restaurantes, shopping e metrô. A equipe como um todo foi super solicita durante a estadia e o café da manhã atendeu bem o que precisávamos. Eles oferecem um café da manhã antecipado para quem possui passeio muito cedo e eu achei isso ótimo. Com certeza uma das melhores escolhas da nossa viagem foi ter ficado nesse hotel.

Parabéns pelo atendimento, passamos dias maravilhosos aí! Único ponto foi que a televisão não conectou, não dava para acessar Netflix e etc…. Não passava nada! Viagem com amigas. Ficamos no térreo em quarto muito amplo e confortável. 2 camas de casal muito confortáveis. Banheiro também amplo, adaptável para pessoas cadeirantes. Chuveiro bom. Como ponto de atenção, apenas reforçar a parte de reposição de toalhas e como estávamos em 3 pessoas, só deixaram 2 chinelos e roupões (sem os cintos).

Desde o primeiro atendimento na recepção fomos muito bem tratados, os funcionários são atenciosos e gentis. O quarto era grande é confortável. O café da manhã era bom, não tinha muitas opções como estamos acostumados no Brasil, mas mesmo assim era gostoso. Eu voltaria a me hospedar lá tranquilamente.

É um hotel relativamente novo, confortável, apesar das camas serem muito moles. O nosso problema foi com toalhas de banho, todos os dias deixavam uma ou duas toalhas e estávamos em três hospedes, todos os dias era necessário solicitar mais. O café da manhã é simples e todos os dias a mesma coisa, depois do quarto dia enjoa.

Mi hija se accidento y quedo en silla de ruedas, debi cancelar la reserva inesperadamente, llame al hotel enviando toda la información y no encontré ayuda. Expedia intermedio para que el Hotel me ayudara y aun cuando el Hotel recibio a mi hija en silla de ruedas no tuvieron misericordia y cobraron todos los dias. Envie correo y llame a la Gerente Comercial Dpto.Reservas la Sra. Katherine, fue cruel y nunca dio respuesta, son inhumanos, las personas por el telefono te mienten. No habia visto tanta maldad en un solo lugar, no viajes alli. No es un hotel familiar no esta en condiciones seguras para niños y menos quieren los niños, no tienen corazon para nada. Solo quieren tu dinero.

Nos robaron el cargador del smartwatch en la habitación el segundo día de estadía y nadie se hizo cargo. Sucedió durante el día. Estuvimos fuera varias horas por trabajo, y al llegar notamos que faltaba (y quizá otras cosas más). Al hacer check out al otro día en la mañana, solo ofrecen no cobrar el mini bar (dos aguas y un chocolate) y nos piden firmar un papel de conformidad con el trato. No nos dieron más opciones y demoraron el proceso lo más que pudieron, por lo que lamentablemente tuvimos que firmar el papel y correr a nuestros compromisos laborales. Hubiese sido una muy buena experiencia de hotel sin el incidente, pero por cómo resolvieron el problema, no lo recomiendo. Deja de ser seguro para dejar tus pertenencias.
