Fine but with caveats
Kasa Gold Coast is an unstaffed hotel. So you have to complete an identity protocol online before you arrive and any issues are addressed via text. The property’s “virtual front desk” noted a coffee maker in each room. When ours didn’t have one on arrival, the text response noted to use one of those little 2 cup makers in the lobby. The room itself was clean and in good repair but spartan. Only one nightstand which I hate as a couple traveling. The desk and chair heights don’t work together, so if you are traveling for work and need an actual desk to work from - what is provided is unusable. The room’s “deck” was just the exterior walkway which you can’t access from your room. The exterior walkway was covered in spiderwebs. So guest just walk by your window leaving you wanting to close the blinds to your bay view. Building and rooms are accessed via electronic locks, and rooms have no secondary deadbolts inside the rooms. The whole “virtual monitoring” is a bit creepy. Parking is easy. While it is a sufficient property, it would not be my first (or second or third) choice for another stay.
