We stayed three nights here. The room was relatively small for three people. It is conveniently located next to Shizuoka Station. There are coin machine laundry service. We are glad we selected this hotel for our trip.

The staff is nice and helpful. Email responds are quick. Room cleaning is good. Shopping and dinning are conveniently. However, parking is not on the same building. Microwave and laundry are on the ground floor only. The view of Mt. Fuji is not fully seen because part of it is blocked by the opposite building. Therefore it is not guaranteed which is the most disappointed.

We asked the hotel to store food in the freezer. We wrote the characters in Japanese on a big note. The next day, we discovered the food was kept in the refrigerator (not freezer). We’ve done this a dozen times but I guess the front desk either didn’t have a freezer and didn’t bother to tell us or couldn’t read Japanese.,
