We had a great stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Shimizu. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was also very English-friendly, which made the check-in process and overall experience much easier.
The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location worked well for us while visiting Shimizu. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in the area.
The room was clean, and front desk staff was extremely friendly. The only minus was the breakfast staff that said in a tone that was pushy and said they were closing soon . I replied there is still 30 minutes left before the end of ‘breakfast’ and that is plenty of time. ( it was a continental breakfast, breads and drinks only, self serve).
