Budget airline meets Hotel
This hotel just opened in February 2025, but you'd never guess it from the condition of the rooms. Our first room was filthy—hair in the bathroom, scuffed walls, bugs in the cabinets, and metal shavings on the floor. We asked to be moved and were sent across the hall to a “clean” room. Same issues—more hair, more shavings. When my wife complained, the front desk offered to bring us a broom.
Worse yet, everything here costs extra. Want dishes or a pan to cook with? That’ll be an added charge. Need tissues or paper towels? Not provided—I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a hidden fee for those too.
This place operates like a budget airline: low upfront price, then charges you for every basic thing a hotel should include. The difference is, at least they clean their planes.
A brand-new hotel shouldn’t feel this run-down or try this hard to nickel-and-dime its guests. Stay somewhere else.
