Loved my stay here - checked in late with no issues and George at the desk was lovely and helpful. Good location (close enough and far enough to be quiet) and great staff. The road traffic was a little noisy so if you're a light sleeper you might need earplugs if you're on a lower floor (I was fine)

We were not at this hotel very long as we had a delayed and super late flight. Surprisingly it was pretty quiet so we could sleep in during the morning rush before we had to return back to the airport. There was no hot water for the night so that was a major inconvenience. The only concession of extra drinks/coffee offered but would've appreciated something a little more generous as it was horrible not having any hot water for a shower. Room itself was sizable for the 3 of us and we appreciated the fluffy towels and large bathroom. We really didn't stay very long to get a good sense of the area but the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room and bathroom are beautifully renovated, and include a cooktop, fridge, microwave, and pod coffee unit. Also dishes, glassware and utensils. The disappointment was the rooftop and the small dining venue. The rooftop is strictly just a place with alot of tables and chairs, no bar operating. The view though is spectacular. The other disappointment was the dining venue. Just a small walkup counter place next door. But there is a great breakfast restaurant a block away just east of the hotel on the corner across the street. We ate there twice it was so good!

Super clean and comfortable once you’re inside your hotel room. The hotel doesn’t provide four-star amenities; it seems more to me like a 3.5-star hotel. (For example, no iron or steamer in the room; no bell hop to help with luggage). The surrounding neighborhood also is not nice compared to other parts of the city.

The room with kitchenette was perfect for us. Spacious and comfortable. The location is close to the metro lines and convenient to go to the Acropolis, the museum and Plaka. There is a great bakery two blocks from the hotel worth a few visits. The area is being cleaned up and reasonably safe.

Really pleasant stay - rooms are large and well equipped with fridge and well functioning AC! Staff went out of their way to help with identifying restaurants, bookings etc. Every day a good feeling to come back to Ermass!
