Lovely suite with appropriate amenities for the area. Little issue with check in with the door code but after that the staff were polite and helpful. Ideal for a two day stay in Whistler.

The property is nice and clean. The towels and bed sheets are clean. The staff are very accommodating. Thank you for the upgrade during our stay. It was very nice.

When booking didn’t realize we were booking the annex I don’t think it even said that’s where it would be placing us. place was pretty beat up. Didnt realize we also wouldn’t have access to the pool we paid close to $1000 for 2 nights, not worth the price at all.

The building was being renovated and the elevator didn’t work when we arrived. The room was ok but didn’t feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The location was very handy which is why we stayed there.

It was a nice place to stay at. The only complaint would be that they only had one elevator working while we were there. They are doing renovations. The restaurant inside is fabulous great food. The pool area was nice for kids. Underground parking was great. If you have a ground floor unit the outside patio is a mess and tons of ants so you really could not sit outside. The rooms were clean. Would stay again. Canmore is Beautiful ♥️

Booked in older building, room was clean and nice but hallways and doors need updating and painting. Had a water pump machine outside our window that ran all day. For the per night price I paid ecpected better.

We stayed in the annex building. The building was gross, dark hallway, old dark carpet, dingy, no luggage cart, shower configuration was off, bathroom was very dated and loud generator pumping water due to flooding all day and night. However, the bedding wasn’t bad. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back here.

We really enjoyed our stay, but have a few suggestions. The AC wasn't working properly so it was fine during the day but got hot at night, a fan would really help. Also the living room sofa, the cushions need ti be a little better, we felt like we were sinking in.

The room was clean, but that was about it. Never did they mention that the elevator was down. Disappointing that I had to carry my luggage up to the third floor. Also, check out is 10:00 a.m., quite early as quite a few hotels I've been to has checkout at 11 a.m.

Unfortunately the room allocated was next to a water pump creating a ridiculous amount of noise 24:7 but on speaking to a very nice helpful young man on reception we were moved to a suite at the back of the building which was very quiet indeed. Sorry don’t have his name but he was excellent in helping us
