The woman running the hotel, I think her name was Mrs. Chan, was so wonderful and kind my whole stay. The place was sooo clean and comfortable and in a great location. Cannot stress enough how welcomed and taken care of I felt by the staff. Breakfast was soooo amazing as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Signage is non existent until you face the door. The debit machine would not take our card so we had to come up with $ 200 pounds for the balance of our room. Our card worked everywhere else before and after. Mrs. Chang was pleasant, weicoming and explained everything to us. Hard to find but worth it once through the door.

It reads generally good except for the timing of the break fast. The break fast only started at 09:15AM. So I had to leave the break fast every morning as my course would start at 09:00AM and the venue was 40 mins from the hotel.

Lovely big spacious clean room. The hotel is ideally located near the Haymarket train station, 2minute walk. Excellent transport into the city centre. There are lots of lovely restaurants near the hotel too. All the people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good in a nice airy room.

The decor of the rooms was very cute, in line with the local street architecture, adding to the experience of visiting a historic town. I would have enjoyed more options for continental style/cold breakfast, but I appreciate they are catering for smaller number of people, therefore all breakfast was to order. Staff was friendly and attentive.
