"The hotel is very well located. At first, they gave me a room on the third floor that disappointed me - it smelled too much of humidity, the air conditioning didn't work, and the window faced a street with a lot of trash, that's the least of it. We went to reception and very kindly, without any problem, they changed our room to one on the first floor with a view of the pool and with working air conditioning. The problem was that there was no hot water, we went to reception again and they fixed it, but every time we wanted to take a shower, we had to call or go to reception, and it was very uncomfortable because, obviously, at the beach, you shower at least twice, apart from the fact that on one occasion we had to shower with cold water because we would miss the tour if we waited for the plumber.
I must emphasize that we never received a bad face or attitude. But we were already embarrassed to keep going. Until the last day, we had that problem, and it wasn't until that day that they thought of giving us a key to another room so we could shower. The first time we went down to breakfast at 8, according to the buffet, it opens at 7:30, and basically, there was almost nothing left, and it was cold. The other days, there was no buffet; they brought us breakfast to the table, which was much better. But even so, I must highlight, as I mentioned, that their customer service was very good."
