This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor jacuzzi is a great touch. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the service. The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The on-site restaurant was also excellent, with great food and very good choices. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again next month. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property in a very safe neighborhood so close to the historic center. The staff was extremely helpful. It was lovely to have a little pool on the property to cool off in the afternoon and the jacuzzi in the room was very relaxing after a long day walking around town. Oh and a beautiful library to peruse as well.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the charming historic town. Design details everywhere, and a beautiful courtyard with terraces to relax. Easy walking distance to everything! And a wonderful staff who ensured that we had everything we needed. They even arranged a private drive to take us to San Miguel de Allende. Lovely place!

Rooms had A/C which is necessary for me to sleep well in the heat (though it did cool down at night). Great shower. Great staff--kind & helpful. Awesome Sunday brunch too!
