Friendly staff

We had such a great time staying at The Strands! We stayed here in 2012. The staff made sure we had almost everything we needed. Very friendly staff! Although, I wish there was a mirror on the sink area. Otherwise, our stay was absolutely perfect!

The staff was amazing and the food was good. I was doing a little work so I was surprised about the Co Working Spaces. The property was in walking distance to the beach at the north end of the island. D'Mall is a little far but close by trike. They even give you free travel one way per day. The room I has was like a suite with a very cool living room and an great outdoor space to laydown or have dinner at your place.

The Gems of the property are the hispitality of the staff. Less than a milevwalk to the beach. Its a farm feel that has a nearby access to the beach. A butler to serve you of whats in your appetites' delight is unique. Tranquility is the vibe of this place.

A 5min walk to White Beach, no traffic noise, it's a small place so the pool and dining are are never really crowded, the rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and attentive. The only negative thing about the Strand is that it's on "Diniwid Beach Road" which doesn't actually go to Diniwid beach and because it's such a small place a lot of the taxi drivers don't know about it. Just keep your phone out with Google maps on it and make sure they take the right turn off from the Boracay highway otherwise you'll end up on "Diniwid Road" which does actually go to the beach. As for getting to Dinibeach Bar (highly recommended) just go down "Diniwid Beach Road" to the northern tip of White Beach then go left and follow the cliff around Lambros Point.

혼자 여행하거나 조용하게 지내고 싶은 분들에게 강추해요 s1에 있는 10개 내외의 객실만 있는 곳이에요 직원들도 너무 친절하고 음식도 다 맛있었어요 가격대비 룸도 크고 깨끗해요 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오고 수압도 좋았어요

Favorite hotel in Boracay

This is my favorite hotel in Boracay. It's a bit tucked away in a green oasis but also just a 2-minute walk from Station 1. It's really relaxed, quiet, and clean. Big balconies are a nice place to hang out, and I really enjoy the pool area. Staff are also very helpful and friendly.

The staff at The Strand were absolutely fantastic. Check-in was a breeze and they helped us book an island hopping tour during our trip. They also were helpful in getting us transportation back to MPH airport during the stay. The hotel room was nice - the family suite is on the second floor of the building and next to the pool. The pool and on-site food was good. The location looks like a retreat with the lush gardens and natural landscaping. However, there were a few things that we did not like. The location, while in wakling distance to the beautiful beaches, is within a neighborhood, away from the main area (we knew this going in but didn't expect it to be so close to residents). There was a rooster farm next to the property, where the roosters crowed all day long. There was also road construction on the way to the property, so we had to walk about 500m to get to the destination when checking in (not really the hotels fault, but wanted to state). Also, since the room is a wooden structure, there were some flying termites in our room - however, this only bothered us for 1 night, as there were bug zappers in each room. Overall, for what we wanted and the fun we had at Boracay, the hotel was a good choice for our 3 days there. Even with the negatives, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable.

커플여행으로 만족이에요

깨끗하고 조용해요 물도 잘나오고.. 직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 신경 잘써줬구요 아쉬운건 욕실이 샤워기가 아니고 위에서 물이 떨어지는 거(?) 그것만 있어서 샤워가 살짝 불편하단거, 현관을 열면 바로 바깥이라 태어나서 첨보는 무시무시한 벌레가 들어올수 있다는거 ㅠㅠ 그래도 지낼만 해요 한국인 거의 없고 유럽계나 북미권 외국인들이 주로 오는 듯하구요 정말 필리핀 작은 마을 느낌 제대로 느낄수 있어요 만족입니다

Off the beaten path, tranquility be thy name.

Small walk to beach, save the transportation fees and enjoy the view. I tiny inn tucked away in in island built around tourism. VERY attentive staff, great breakfast.

더스트랜드 보라카이 리조트 숙박 완료~ 헤헤

3박 묵었습니다 우선 위치가 스테션1에서두 쭈욱 들어가야 하는바람에 처음엔 찾기 힘들었네요 트라이사이클 기사들한테두 더스트랜드라고 하면 못알아 듣구 지도 보고 알려줫어요 그런데 나중에 보니깐 스트란~ 더스트란리조트 라고 하니깐 단번에 알드라구요 제 발음이 구렸나봅니다 방은 침실 거실따로 있구요 바로앞에 테라스 잇구요 개인선배드두 잇는데 이건 별로 쓸일이 없엇네요 화장실 샤워실 따로 잇어요 그리고 세면대도따로 잇구요 샤워기는 천장에 달려있는데 수압이 쎄진 않았어요 화장실은 변기하나 있어서 쏘쏘~ 침실엔 장농에 천장에 선풍기 금고 화장대 등등 있을건 다 있구요 냉장고는 조금한 냉장고 있구요 커피포트 잇구요 티비조금한거 잇구 거실에두 천장에 에어컨이랑 선풍기 큰거 달려잇어요 근데 선풍기 틀면 쬐금한 벌레들 떨어진다는거 ㅠㅠ 조식은 뷔페가 아니라 토스트랑 에그..머 시기 잇는데 저능 다 맛잇더라구요 달달한거 좋아하는 사람 입맛.. 고기도 달고 계란도 달고 ^^ 단거 싫어하는사람은 입두 안댐 ^^ 방에 갖다 달라구 하니깐 가져다 줘요.. 팁은 안줘두 대는건지 모르겟지만 글구 스테션 1,2 가려면 멀어서 입구에 가드분한테 트라이사이클 불러달라면 불러줍니다 이건 전화로 요청하구 나가는게 좋을거 같아요 그분들두 걸어가거나 오토바이타구 가서 불러오드라구요 대충 5분정도 걸리구요 글구 숙소에서 해변은 진짜 걸어서 5분도 안걸리는데 가까워요 디몰 앞바다는 아쥬 사람들 바글바글 한데 여긴 한적하구 바로앞에 현지인들 슈퍼도 있구 산미구엘두 50페소밖에 안함.. 왼만한 슈퍼보다 쌈 경치보면서 맥주 먹는데 이게 젤 꿀이었어요 마지막날에 구경한거라

Relaxing vacation

This place is the BEST hotel I have vacationed. My family had a very relaxing stay. The staff from butler,security,grounds keepers and front desk. You can not ask anything more. The place was away from the noisy vacationers. Very secure place. The staff made you feel at home.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe

Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, 2 Gehminuten vom White Beach Station 1. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Pool, den wir die meiste Zeit für uns alleine hatten. Der Staff war durchweg freundlich u hilfsbereit. Wer dem Trubel von Station 2 etwas entgehen möchte u keine direkte Strandlage braucht, der wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit 🙏🏻

별로예요

주변에 아무것도 없음 한적하고 사람이 없어 좋으나 시설이 낙후하여 뜨거운물이 잘 안나옴(그냥미지근함) 비오는날엔 추워서 샤워하기 힘들었음 냉장고도 작동이 안됨 나중에 고쳐주긴했는데 하루는 안되는상태로 지냄 디몰에서 거리가 멀고 트라이시클 기사가 잘 모른다고 안감 비추

ビーチに近くて静かなホテル

素朴な田舎のお家みたいなホテルです。周りにはニワトリが朝から賑やかで、野良猫も野良犬もたくさんいます。小さなプールが２つあり、子供達はそこで楽しく遊んでました。ファミリースイートだったのでオープンテラスのリビングから子供達の様子を見ることができました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、頼んだことはやってくれますが、何か気を回してサービスをしてくれることはあまりありません。周りには小さなローカルのお店が数件ありますが、やはりDモールまで行かないと買い物や食事は出来ないので、毎日トライシクルに乗って出掛けました。

Kleine Oase mitten im hektischen Boracay

Das Hotel liegt abseits vom Rummel in einer ruhigen, etwas schmutzigen Gegend ( neben einem Friedhof). Die Anlage selbst bietet einen wundervollen Garten mit schönem Pool. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß, jedoch schon sehr abgewohnt.

Nära bästa delen av White Sand Beach

Fint hotell med stora fräsha rum. Fint separat dushrum och toalett rum med stenväggar. Skön säng och separat tv/köks rum med kylskåp. Ligger lite avlägset från centrum, vilket även är en fördel om man vill ha lugn, men är billigt att åka till centrum med tricycle. Beläget ett kvarter från nordligaste delen av white sand Beach, där stranden är som finast och lugnast, kantad av de finaste hotellen med färre turister än söderut på stranden.
