We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzini Fusi. Our room was spacious and modern and the bathroom was equipped with everything you’d see in a big luxury hotel. The hotel manager, Resi, was so helpful and made sure our special requests were taken care of. It is conveniently located and is an easy walk to the major attractions as well as the train station.

We stayed the first night they were open. This hotel is beautiful inside. The room is top notch and the staff is fantastic. The location is perfect -close to many shops and restaurants/bars. There is also an elevator which is an unexpected find in a European hotel. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The Hotel Palazzina Fusi is a nice hotel in a very central location of Florence. Most of the City’s most popular destinations within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. To enter the hotel you need to climb a flight of stairs to the lobby. Once at the lobby level there’s an elevator to the upper floors.

There is no better place in Florence than this. You are in the heart of the city. Our view was out to the piazza of the Uffizi and Academia. A ton of restaurants just downstairs. Everything is walking distance. The room itself was clean and even offers an elevator once you get up to the first floor. Would definitely stay here again!

Great and convenient hotel, excellent location in the heart of the old historic center walkable to all attractions, dinning options and shopping, it couldn’t be any better location. The rooms are big while basic but you have everything you need. Bathroom is huge and renovated so very enjoyable. Overall an excellent accommodation and great value for money. The staff are super helpful and accommodating , they were so kind and offered an upgrade. The view from the room overlooking the piazza is wonderful!! Definitely recommend this place!

Really an amazing location and nice and quiet. The rooms are clean but super basic. Very little comfort and no luxury at all. No chair to sit down in the bedroom. Too basic and I would not stay here again.

Amazing, Nicely renovated room . I guess the only complaint is it was a little hard to find the door to go up the stairs to meet reception. Other than that no complaints. Great location and the front reception was excellent ( I thought I was talking to the owners, they were so polite and professional) Great job!! AC was nice and cold, Very accommodating to our needs . 10 stars ( and I’m kinda fussy )

The location is fantastic…but that is about it. There were incense burning everywhere when we arrived, and we quickly realized why later when we came back from dinner. The entire building smells strongly of sewage. So much, you couldn’t open the windows (to the elevator shaft our room was buttoned up to) for air as that would make it worse. And to top things off, with no windows to cool the room the AC was not blowing cold air so we hot all night and barely slept. TLDR: Great location, overpowering musty smell, don’t stay for more than a night.

Caution : we arrived at 11 .00 pm, we had two reservations . I was advised earlier that day the codes for the front door and rooms . The code for our 2nd room was incorrect .We called and texted all the tel numbers and emergency numbers . We were scrambling at 12 am to find another room. We finally received a call 12 15 am with the new code . Rooms , great and clean . In addition upon entrance to the building there is an awful smell. After 5 pm no one at reception .
