Property is in middle of renovating some of the other guest rooms, but that should not stop you from staying here. Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable!

The staff was amazing! The hotel is newly renovated and the restaurant is being renovated. It is about a 20-25 minute walk to downtown Juneau. I would stay here again.

This hotel is newly renovated and is possibly the nicest hotel in Juneau. The new owners put a lot into this. Rooms are spacious. All counters, desks headboard were handmade with locally sources lumber. Beds are comfy. Nice little kitchenette in each room. I would definitely stay here again and you should too.

The staff went above and beyond when our flight was cancelled and we had to move our dates. They handled all our questions with kindness. Very excellent staff! The only negative would be the noise from the road but that is all.

Road noise was awful until late at night. Otherwise, still getting their act together. No amenities to speak of. Location also not very good for walk ability. But it was clean and freshly updated.

The room was clean w modern amenities. The restaurant was closed for renovations which was a bummer since you have to drive/cab to get to one. The worst part was the blackout window shade does not go to the bottom of the window. This means you have about a 12” gap where the lights from the highway, signs & nearby buildings shines in on your bed making it very difficult to sleep. There is also no shuttle to the airport, which other hotels that charge much less offer for free.

Franchement cela aurait pu être 5 étoiles Grande chambre plutôt un studio avec cuisine très bien équipée écran tv géant sdb moderne lit xxl terrasse vue sur la marina Le pb : le bruit ! Des le matin ça circule bcp heureusement on se couche tôt à Juneau et la nuit c pas trop gênant . Si on ouvre la fenêtre c très gênant et même fermée c pas bien isolé Il y a des bouchons d oreille dispo en réception

We loved this property. We are walkers so we didn’t mind the 22 minute walk to the main touristy area. The hotel doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the interior is completely remodeled. We loved all the high end finishes. I especially loved the comfy bed, pillows, and large bathroom/shower. We had a sea facing view which was noisy due to the hwy, but we walked 12 miles + per day, so we fell asleep even with the noise level. We would stay again!

Nice sea view from the balcony. Traffic noise was heavy during the day but quieted down at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym was small and not well equipped. But if you want to have a jog, the path by the waterfront was fantastic. Food outlets are available only in downtown, which was easy to get to using the public bus or having a 25 min walk.
