Off road parking which is helpful. Easy and friendly check in. Staff at the bar were really friendly. Food was great. Hotel room was spacious and clean, if a little dated - as the hotel is old we did expected this. Hotel located in the centre so within walking distance of where we wanted to go. Great hotel and staff. I had an issue with my room at 10:30pm and by 10:40pm I was in a new room. Mega good service going above and beyond. I also had food and that was good value for money (as was the room) and tasty. I will be staying here again.

Lovely Stay

I have stayed at the KH before,hence I went back,as visiting friends in the area.The rooms are a bit dated,but spacious enough and comfortable.Parking is available.The bar staff were friendly,very efficient and helpful.The Reception team were also great.Lots of coffee shops and pubs nearby.

Perfectly pleasant room, yes it's not ultra modern but everything worked perfectly well and was fully serviceable. Comfortable bed. The building is extremely old so at least has plenty of character. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere in the bar. Good evening eating experience, extremely well priced wine list. Would be quite happy to stay here again.

Great central location and friendly staff. Room and bathroom could do with updating. Problem on the morning of check out ...no hot water in the whole of hotel. Which was known to staff. Therefore no hot water to be able to shower or wash.

Easy parking at the back of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and mine was quiet. Pity you can't charge anything to your room e.g. drinks, etc. Breakfast has everything you wish for. Nice croissants as well. Not the first time I stayed here, so hope to be back soon.

Quaint Historical Hotel with all Mod Cons

Central historical hotel within walking distance of most Wimborne sites. This is our fourth time staying here. Just a 2 minute walk from the Tivoli where we saw Jack Dee. Very comfy bed. Polish furnishings. Big bathroom. Very clean. Good wifi.
