Big std room with good bed. Littlebit warm but it was easy to open the window. Evening dinner was better before but the breakfast was still good, better than many hotels in DK.

OK country hotel needing a facelift

Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. For the price paid, I felt a little short-changed. The bedroom and bathroom really need an update although the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The evening meal buffet was basic but tasty and quite good value for around £23. Breakfast was also basic but adequate and included in the price. Internet speed was great. The location was quiet and in the countryside and suited my purposes well. The big plus was the staff!

No staff on reception when arriving. Not warned restaurant was very busy when checking in (eventually) and when going down to try and get table was told it was fully booked - after 12 hours on the road the last thing I wanted to hear. And at breakfast there was no staff available to ask for an egg free hot breakfast - everything was pre-prepared and contained EGG! And the coffee was coloured water. No, just no!

Hotellet ligger fint, tæt på Sorø by og sø. Smuk bygning med udsigt til en lille vinmark. Receptionen må ikke tjekke os ind, det skal man selv gøre. Restaurant og bar er lukket. Det er jo efterårsferie! Det har ikke stået på deres hjemmeside ej heller har de givet besked via mail. Vi havde heldigvis bord i byen. Til morgenmad får vi bake-off brød. Bagt 2 gange. Det var meget tørt. Alt i alt 4☆ hotel, ingen service, ingen hyggelig stemning og kedelig morgenmad.

Skuffende oplevelse med morgenbuffen.

Værelset var meget tilfredsstillende, rent, funktionel og pænt indrettet. Morgenmadsrestauranten skuffede på alle tænkelige måder. Da vi kommer en time før lukketid for morgenmad, møder vi borde med brugt og efterladt service, tomme borde med krummer ol. Dernæst mangler der service, bestik og glas. Der var ingen kaffe, tomme juice kander, ingen ost og det var svært at komme i kontakt med et personale. Vi føler desværre kke vi har fået, hvad vi betalte for.

At Bar og Restaurant har lukket fredag-søndag, det kom som en overraskelse. Rainshoweren var næsten helt kalket til, så der kom kun vand ud af den ene side, og så kunne temperaturen ikke justeres, den del sad fast, lyset på badeværelset blinkede som en sindssyg (det fik dog klaret)

Dårlig hotel

Hotellet bør slå sig op på overnatning med morgenmad. Har tidligere besøgt det som Comwell, hvor der var stil over det. Forleden bestod aftenmenuen af lunkne frikadeller, kold kartoffelsalat og lunkne kartofler. Og noget salat. Om morgenen var der ikke ingen kaffe på kanderne og vi måtte søge efter personale for at få noget kaffe. Så det er absolut no go. Vi kommer der aldrig mere.
