Very impressive, clean and extra contemporary. We were not that comfortable with the table and L shaped bench in the room.

Went to concert at vibrant music hall, this hotel is very close, could walk there. The bed in rm 201 could use some help, a little soft and lower in the middle, so 2 people roll to center. Dining options nearby.

Awesome Hotel

We stay here regularly on the weekends, and the staff is always so nice and this is a very clean hotel. Our Kid's love this Hotels. We travel a lot and this is our Favorite in the Des Moines Area

8/10 Very good

For our purposes this was the ideal location for business and visiting family. We have stayed in Aloft properties before and expected minimalism, but... only four hangers? And there was no housekeeping service during a five-night stay. I had to ask for towels on the third day, that were delivered while we were out, but dirty towels were not picked up nor was the bed made (ever). :( The indoor pool is great, and the bar/lounge area is very nice but general hotel experience was lacking.

Easy to find, very clean and we loved the modern look and design of the entire room and building. The personal welcome on the TV screen was a nice touch. By far our favorite hotel so far!
