The room was quite old, but nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The air-conditioner, bathroom exhaust fan and television set all worked well. Julie was lovely and helpful when we wanted to know where there was a nice place to eat close to the motel. There were complimentary biscuits and we used the toaster and kettle to make breakfast in the morning before leaving.

During my overnight stay the surroundings were quiet. The bed was comfortable. I had a good night sleep. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and ample hot water. Some fittings and items in the unit would benefit from updating. Overall, the unit was all I needed for the night, and okay value for the price.

Stayed at the kication for 4 nights, have to stay was impressed with the stay. Was greeted by at reception by a lovely lady who explained everything i needed to know and for once seemed as if she was generally interested in where i had been in Australia made a nice change from forced interactions. The room was very clean and came with a nice array of coffee and milk. I was well aware that i wasn't staying in a 5 star hotel and for the price the room and facilites were very good value for money. I mean they even had a pool. Shower was really good. Only downside but in no way the motels fault was that its located directly below the approach to the airport so occasionally can be loud but as its a regional airport its few and far between. So all in all if you need somewhere good value, clean friendly and located perfectly for the main town and airport this is a great place.

Check in was very good with very friendly and helpful staff. The room needs maintenance, working and connected lamps, one was broken.

It is clean and basic. I was put in a room with no parking. The airport is not far away and the noise of the planes was a bit annoying. The office was locked most of the time and I was unable to speak to the staff about any of my issues.
