Air conditioning was not cold enough for my room. Not a hotel to stay at during the summer. My room was a sauna. They had to give us various fans to keep the room cold and told to sleep with windows open. Not the best accommodations for me when I was there to do a half Ironman. Couldn’t rest and didn’t have the best accommodation.

Great Experience at Sercotel!

Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable.

An amazing hotel and a lovely experience

Absolutely incredible hotel!! We booked for the Azkena Rock Festival and were stunned when we arrived at the property. Our suite was massive, with a full size kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and bedroom and lovely views. Excellent hotel facilities and really lovely accommodating staff. Cleaners came and were flexible as to when they came. A 10 minute walk to the festival, close to bus routes.

The suite was beautiful and clean and the staff were fantastic. However not being allowed to use the kitchen in our suite because it’s only for those who rent for a minimum of four nights is extremely disappointing. (We had the suite for 3 nights). Also no coffee machine in our room or at least a free coffee station in the lobby is super disappointing considering the room was pretty expensive.

Hotel was a very good general. Our room spacious but in one of our bedrooms it smelled as if it has been a smoking room earlier.. Cleaning lady came to spray the room after we complained about it but it didn’t help at all. Also the hotel restaurants closed quite early (10pm).

Aircondition virkede ikke, og der var 27 grader på værelset. Vi kunne ikke få refunderet en nat, hvor vi i forvejen havde fortalt at vi ville tjekke ud en dag tidligere. Og de ignorerede vores forespørgsel indtil vi var rejst. Kommunikationen både før og under opholdet var dårlig og næsten uforskammet, når vi spurgte om hjælp til aircondition anlægget. De hilste heller ikke, når man kom i receptionen. De svarede ikke på vores skriftlige henvendelser før opholdet, og var også træge undervejs. Jeg synes det var meget dyrt for en temmelig slidt og tom lejlighed. Vi fik ikke information om forholdene på hotellet ved ankomsten.

Chambre et parties communes vraiment très très bien : propre, calme, spacieux... (10/10) Personnels très agréables (9/10). Petit déjeuné correcte (7/10). Par contre des suppléments payants assez discutables : utilisation du coin cuisine intégrée à la chambre (accès à la vaisselle), obligation d'utilisation d'un boxe vélo ( les vélos étant interdits dans les chambres). Regret également que le prix des chambres soit doublé pour le weekend du triathlon (mais ceci est vrai pour tous les hôtels de Vitoria)

Tanto el edificio como el apartamento eran muy lindos. Pero el check out a las 4:00 pm me pareció muy tarde y lo que realmente me pareció muy mal es que ponen que están avalados por FACE y no tienen opciones reales para celiacos, además del desconocimiento del personal sobre el tema. Visitamos otros 5 hoteles en este mismo viaje y fueron impecables tanto en trato como en opciones sin gluten. Pero jardines de Ulleta, pésimo, no se corresponde con la categoría del hotel.

Segunda vez y última. No había otro disponible y no me quedó más remedio, por algo solo estaba este… Después de que en la vez anterior me entrara 3 veces la de la limpieza con el cartel de no molestar puesto, esta vez me han dejado sin desayuno porque había el rodaje de una película. No me dieron ninguna solución, que tenía una máquina vending en el piso inferior. Ni me devolvieron el dinero ni nada. La atención es pésima. Las instalaciones son muy antiguas y están ya muy usadas. Le daría un 3 estrellas justo. Además está alejado de todo. Recomiendo el nh o el silken y si quieres cocina el Kora Green A este no vayas, el peor de Vitoria sin duda.

Cuando vamos a Vitoria nos solemos alojar ahí, habitación tipo apartamento muy espaciosas, modenas y cómodas. Alrededor es una zona residencial, y si quieres comer o cenar tienes que coger el coche. Pero en 10 minutos estas en el centro.

Buen alojamiento aunque está retirado del centro tiene buena comunicación con la linea de autobuses que pasan con frecuencia y te permite bajar sin preocupaciones del coche.habitacines amplias y el personal super agradable.
