Really great hotel. Clean rooms, nice shower, and amazing friendly staff. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach, with complimentary sunbeds. Only minor issue is there is no onsite restaurant. They have an arrangement to get food delivered, but it would be nice to have a restaurant serving breakfast on site. Didn't spoil our stay, and would stay again.

We had a fantastic week's stay in the Smaragdi hotel. Maria and her team were really welcoming And friendly hosts , greeting guests with genuine Smiles and so polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and cleaned daily. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun loungers, and just a 5 minute stroll to the beach and taverna's. Beautiful Hotel, Great People and Service.

Very welcoming and helpful staff with a perfect environment for a relaxing stay, close to all amenities and the beach. Myself and my partner found this to be perfect for what we wanted and would love to return. Transfers were arranged with no trouble, meals were sorted and all the help you could require was on hand. The pool area is paradise and our "partial sea view" balcony was the perfect private area to relax and watch the world go by. We love Santorini.

The staff could not have been kinder. So helpful. Offered use of the property even after check out as our flight was late, including a shower area. Very quiet, sunny, beautiful property with private balcony. Very clean, comfortable beds, large rooms and painted beautiful. No coffee in room though but sweet little bar downstairs! ❤️

I realise that gushing about somewhere on a review site gives the impression that you are motivated by something other than the quality of the place but in this case, the Smaragdi Hotel was fantastic on every level. Primarily, it was Maria and Christina on the front desk - as well as their blonde-haired collage whose name I never got - who were so friendly and helpful to myself and family that it really made the holiday. The place itself has an amazing pool, handy bar and library and is in a really peaceful setting; the attention to detail (room fixtures, air-con, kettle, fridge) is also exceptional. Frankly, I'm loathe to let more people know about this place in case I never manage to get another booking but there you go, I have to be honest: it's an absolute treat of a hotel.

Cama e travesseiro mais confortável em toda minha vida. Quarto silencioso, amplo, frigobar ótimo, cofre grande e cabia meu laptop dentro sobrando espaço. Banheiro grande. Tudo funcionando, condicionador de ar, TV, WiFi, piscina com jacuzzi na sobra da árvore. Protegido do vento e pertíssimo da praia e mini mercados. Todos muito gentis. Tudo decorado e organizado nos mínimos detalhes. Esse é o hotel.
