Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. I felt safe there as a solo traveller and slept well! Plus it's close to helpful tram links and a 10min walk to the old town/bridge. Would recommend and stay again!

Staff and breakfast were great. Just note, NO AC with temps >30C. Fan in room and window open made it somewhat tolerable.

6/10 Good

Great hotel! However, in August, with the hot weather, rooms were too hot, difficult to sleep in. Only a fan available. Check in closes at 9 and from then on there is a box, works well.

8/10 Very good

Good breakfast, Decent facilities, although the lack of AC is not ideal during European heat waves. But Thats usual in Basel. Bed not amazing, nor the quality of sheets. Besides that it was ok for one night. I would return depending on the price.
