⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 – Clean and Well-Maintained, but Very Noisy Overall, we had a good experience at the Hyatt. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and we were pleased with the condition of the property and our room. Unfortunately, the guests in the room above us were extremely noisy and seemed to stomp and walk heavily throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The noise was frustrating, but aside from that, we were happy with the hotel itself. I would stay again, although I would definitely request a top-floor room next time.

8/10 Very good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They still have a few glitches to work out i.e. bar not open, some minor things in the room not working etc.. The staff is definitely their best asset. My husband was having surgery at Beaumont and the location of this property cannot be beat. You do not even need to get out on the highway to get to the hospital from the hotel.
