We had the Master Suite and it was huuuuge. The room was clean and it also had a big balcony. The continental breakfast was great. A lot of options and you could also make your own eggs in the kitchen. No complaints, our stay was perfect.

The property is located in a great place, close to restaurants and the beach. Check-in was a little frustrating as the keys were not in the box as per the instructions but management rectified the situation within 15-20 minutes from arrival. Cooking area has a real bad smell of moth balls that permeate the rooms and clothing when in there too long.

Definitely recommend this place.

The place was amazing, great location superb room and lovely staff. It is a family run business and they really know how to look after you. After we checked out they still helped us out looking after bags and had a shower and toilet to use after the pool. The room we got wasn't the one we booked, it felt like an upgrade. It was huge walk in wardrobe the lot. I'll happily stay here again we had no problems at all.

This place is so cute..Easy self check-in. … Lucy Bela is amazing… So caring and responds to all messages very quickly. The only problem it was that the drain in the shower was clogged up and there was no one to fix it and showering it was very difficult because we had to keep shutting the shower off to avoid a flood and the bathroom was filled with live and dead bugs .

Received access instruction via whatsapp and offer of support. Luckily the host was at the gate when we arrived so showed us to our suite. Bedroom and en-suite. With lovely fresh smelling bedding and towels. Lots of extra bedcovers but none needed. We stayed in Estrela and it has it's own private terrace with loungers and a picnic table but literally 10 seconds to the pool. Pool area clean and fresh looking. Plenty of loungers and seating. A communal kitchen is always open and the breakfast room is open 7-11. Help yourself to bread, cheeses, meat spreads, pastries and fruit and yoghurt. Tea and coffee all day. You have your own fridge in bedroom for your own supplies. 3 minutes walk to large supermarket and bars and restaurants of Alvor centre. Small, intimate property with low key hosts who are always happy to help.

I recently stayed at this holiday apartment and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the onsite parking was fantastic, and the keypad entry system was straightforward, making access easy. The room itself was nice and comfortable, although it would have been helpful to have a full-length mirror since the only one available was in the bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable, and the Easter chocolates were a thoughtful touch that added a bit of charm to our stay. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted our overall experience. I had a bit of a scare while using the toilet, as it wasn’t firmly fixed to the floor. Additionally, we weren’t made aware that there would be no housekeeping during our stay. I noticed a washing machine in the communal kitchen but didn't realise we were expected to wash our own towels. Another point of confusion was regarding the amenities. Calling the area labeled as a “gym” a gym is a bit of a stretch; I have just as much gym equipment in my spare room! Furthermore, the ‘jacuzzi’ was misnamed—it was actually a hot tub, and the pool looked dirty and likely just needed some chlorine. On a brighter note, there was plenty of choice for breakfast, which was appreciated. Overall, while the apartment had its perks, I believe some clearer communication and improvements in maintenance could significantly enhance the guest experience

Great place to stay only 10 mins walk to town centre , about 6 different apartments that sleep 3-4 people each' Nice Pool & Sunlounge area, great breakfast selection & super hosts in a quiet side street with a few local bars &eateries & supermarket a few minutes walk away, whats not to like? One of the best places i have ever stayed in.

A experiência começou um pouco confusa no check-in, com informações desencontradas e falta de clareza inicial. No entanto, depois disso, o atendimento foi cordial e prestativo. É importante destacar que o local funciona mais como um hostel do que um hotel propriamente dito, e o quarto em que nos hospedamos era bastante pequeno. Por outro lado, o café da manhã foi um ponto alto da estadia — bem servido e com boas opções.

Mobilhome sur une terrasse !

Appart hôtel , avec un très bel emplacement et literie très confortable . Accès piscine et jacuzzi et parking gratuit très pratique . Le moins chambre familial en préfabriqué sur la terrasse , comme un mobilhome , très serré , portés qui se choquent on reste coincé , porte chambre qui grince , aucune isolation ou intimité surtout au wc ! Ces chambres familiales ne sont pas représentées sur les photos et non décrites sur le site comme tel . Ça fait m affaire 2-3 jours mais pas plus .le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur ! Des croissants portugais seraient un plus … pas assez de lait à disposition et de jus de fruits , bref autant enlever du tarif et prendre un petit déjeuner dans les environs !
