A stunning hotel resort that you can spend whole day without leaving the premises”. The location is not very convenient but they provided shuttle bus to train station. Highly recommend to anyone who rent a car during the trip. Restaurant is spectacular with great buffet options. Lots of entertainment facilities that your kids will not be bored.

I have stayed in hotels in many countries for over 30 years, but this was the first time I experienced a theft in hotels. There may be thieves anywhere, but having my phone stolen in Japan—especially in a tourist area—was truly shocking. I didn’t make a big deal out of it so my daughter and my elderly parents wouldn’t worry, but it is an experience I will never forget. Aside from this incident, the hotel’s facilities and food were good. It was disappointing, however, that many of the staff were not able to communicate in basic English.

I booked the room HOSHI KAN Deluxe with Tatami Area Ocean View 58sqm sleep 6 people through Expedia. Clearly stated “ Children can stay for free if using existing beds when occupying the parent or guardian's room” while booking. The hotel insists to charge extra $300 upon check in for my 5 and 8 yrs old (kids don’t need buffet, they only eat burgers and fries). Super dissatisfied with the inconsistent information.

Wij verbleven 3 nachten in een Twinkamer (ocean view) in het Hoshikan gebouw. De kamer was heel groot en schoon. Enige minpunt was het harde geluid van de airco. Verder hebben wij genoten van het heerlijke buffet met een super mooi uitzicht op de 13e verdieping. De voorzieningen van dit resort waren echt geweldig. Met 18 bowlingbanen, pooltafels, tafeltennistafels, gamehall, onsens, zwembad etc. hebben wij ons prima kunnen vermaken die paar dagen. Zou graag nog een keer willen terugkomen!
