Best hotel in Thailand so far. Room was spacious and modern with a lovely balcony. Plenty of places to lounge in the hotel and in the room. Breakfast had a wide range of both Thai and western options. Pool was a highlight with happy hour and plenty of loungers.

Great place to spend your vacation!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was incredibly big and comfortable. We had an amazing bath (with the size of a pool) and a large balcony. The staff at the hotel were absolutely perfect (especially the employee Free who was all around the place and took care of everything - from great cocktails at the pool to save us a specific table for dinner at the restaurant). The hotel is right next to the boats pier which is a nice benefit. Food at the restaurant was pretty good and had a nice variety to choose from. Definitely recommend and will come back next time.

We loved our stay here! The swim up bar really added to the property and the barmen were so kind, helpful and friendly! The hotel is situated in a really perfect location, right between two beautiful beaches and the bars/restaurant. The food was great, the bed was extremely comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Would stay again and recommend friends. Tip; the hotel is very close to the pier on the east side, so recommend getting a long boat to the east pier :)

The property is in the east side, better to take a boat at ao among pier. It’s easy to get there and close to the west side. If you leave the hotel and go right, you’ll find at the end a path to get to the most beautiful beach in the island.

Beautiful resort on East Railay

We loved staying here! There were monkeys in the trees (they tell you to keep your door closed at all times for that reason) and the pool was very nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Even though East Railay Beach is not as pretty as West Railay, it's only a short walk to the west side, and this hotel is right next to the East Railay pier, making it a convenient way to come by boat without having to carry your luggage over water. The staff was very nice and accomodating. I definitely recommend checking this hotel out if you want to stay at Railay.

Favorite room of our trip! Loved the outdoor shower and the room was huge. Property was very easy to get to once off the ferry. Good breakfast. Monkeys, monkeys and more monkeys. So much fun to see the monkeys. We never had any problems just stay at a distance. Look for the black and gold monkeys in the trees of the mangroves. Location was perfect and not to far from shopping, food and the main beaches. Loved this area!

Very comfortable stay

Mr. and Mrs. S. stayed here for 11 nights. We were welcomed very nice and warm and felt like home right from the beginning. The resort and its staff is wonderful. The poolarea is great and we enjoyed many happy hours there. Special thanks must be given to the cook of the restaurant. He is understanding his job very well and we enjoyed everything he offers in the large menue. The waiters are also very kind and try to improve the overall experience. Sometimes things go a little weird and not exactly according to international standards. Here a little training could be set up, but this is a thing of the hotel management and certainly and foremost not of the staff itself in a 4* accomodation. Another interesting thing is the hotels neighborhood, an astonishing colllection of CBD shops, mushroom shops, massage shops, minimarkets and laudries, an incredible contrast. Not shure, if this is a good thing for Thailand and/or Krabi in the longterm. "Mai pen rai", the Thai motto when things don't go according to plans, helps a lot! Just smile and enjoy this beautiful resort in this beautiful country of Thailand -:)

Great staff - helpful and welcoming. The hotel and rooms are (were) beautiful, however everything looks old and requires renovation. Breakfast was average and in an open space without A/C. The swimming pool has many broken tiles, dirty pool chairs and mattresses and overall seems old and in a poor condition. Fitness center is in a poor condition. We had cats in our balcony - they slept on the coach which made it unusable for us. In the evening there is nothing to do at the hotel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a bit expensive (1,600 BHT) but very convenient - recommended. Overall we had a nice stay but this is not a 4 stars hotels given the poor condition of the facility.

Do not recommend!

Eating at your restaurant and getting severe food poisoning ruined the last three days of our vacation. The manager tried to insinuate it was due to drinking alcohol, which I don’t drink, other restaurant food - which I hadn’t had in two days, gaslighting me because no one else happened to report getting sick, and dismissing me because I didn’t seek a doctor in the middle of the night in a strange country, she offered to take the rotten hamburger off our tab. Ultimately after paying $200 a night for two days I couldn’t leave our room, she took $50 of food off our bill. Oh, and when checking in, the front desk took snide pleasure in ensuring we weren’t allowed to check in one minute before 2pm. The room was very clean, the bed was very hard (after lying in it for 36 hours it was a cement block), and the pillows were like wood blocks. I won’t post a picture of the trash can of vomit.
