The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

I visited krabi June this year, at that time some how its less crowded at the hotel. Its a huge place with nice big rooms, very clean. You may not get beach/ocean view in any of the hotel rooms, but it is easily accessible. Pool is very nice. Beach is very clean with white sands. There are no hotels around this one, so you don't find this beach crowded at all....
Not your typical hotel room, lots of wood and interesting decorations. All rooms are grouped around a mangrove. Nice mineral water swimming pool and cool restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. Entire staff was very pleasant and helpful.
We loved the hospitality! My husband actually got sick in the middle of the trip and had to go to the hospital. They were very accommodating, including picking me up at strange hours from the hospital, giving us extra food and water when we were resting, and making sure our room was cleaned in plenty or time.

Meget hjælpsom personale, super service. Dejlig morgenmad. Restauranten er også ok til frokost og aftensmad. Poolen blev ikke brugt da man skulle være meget tidlig op for at kunne finde en ledig liggestol.

What an amazing property! Multiple beautiful pools with very quaint bars, dining. I felt so nurtured. Felt like I was in heaven. I wish I could live at this hotel! I loved the private hot tubs outside my room! The rooms were beautiful, clean and upscale. Beautiful decor and great service! Hidden away from noise of city!
Just as the name promised, thwre was a great view. The sunrise was stunning every morning an while secluded and quite at the edge of Railey, it was walkable to the rest of railey and walking street too.
Well its a bit out of Krabi downtown (40 minutes) but right next to a great beach, near wonderful restaurants; it has a great spa (I would recommend the aloe massage for sun burns it does wonders) and the boat tours of the islands are a dream for snorkeling and just a fun day out in a magical environment and the hotel pool is wonderful (the rooms are sound proofed better than most in Thailand). I would strongly recommend this hotel I loved it and had a blast in Krabi.
The L Resort was a great place to stay at a great value. We were there during low season (April 2018) so it wasn't very busy, but never lacked for service when we needed it. My daughter and myself spent 9 nights at this wonderful hotel - just what we hoped for - close to the shops, restaurants, beaches, excellent breakfast, clean pools, friendly staff, massages, even a cake in my room on my birthday! Lovely extras in our room - robes, shoes, umbrellas, beach towels, stocked bar fridge - our balcony overlooked a pond and lovely garden as well as the swimming pool. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Panorama room and we weren't disappointed! The view is amazing and I could spend hours in the small balcony pool. They have an infinity pool for certain levels of the hotel and several bar location options. on certain nights of the week, the hotel offers a BBQ buffet and a breakfast buffet is open every morning. It is also a short walk from the nightlife and beach. Would highly recommend.
