Worst customer service and product quality
This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in my life. The shower and toilet both leaked, and when asked to fix or change room they had the excuse of the internet being down, so they couldn’t do anything. They never did any sort of room cleaning although I asked twice. The rooms are very minimalist, only one garbage for the room and it was located in the the leaking bathroom, no sort of table or desk besides two small night stands that have lights integrated that take up all the space. The staff here aren’t polite at all and I chose this place based on reviews that I had read based on the exceptional customer service. I was highly disappointed with their responses to my concerns. I will never ever ever stay at this hotel. I shouldn’t have to go out and buy cleaning supplies and clean the room daily at a hotel. Another big concern was the sink is kid size and the shower makes a mess, it doesn’t allow you to fully clean yourself properly due to the risk of flooding the bathroom. It’s poorly designed. A plus is the pool area and breakfast, but those two things aren’t enough to save this gimmicky lackluster hotel.
