We had an awesome experience at B/C that I felt like I had to share after reading some of the less-than-stellar reviews. We stayed in the family room during peak season with our five kids and it was great. The apartment had every amenity a family could need and more! It was spacious and well laid-out. There were games and toys in the lobby to borrow during your stay, as well as a foot massager, which was a welcome addition after a long day of walking. I was very nervous about the cleanliness of the apartment after reading some other reviews, and was completely put at ease after doing a thorough inspection upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless, and the linens, which I’m very particular about, were perfectly clean and kept. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, but bus 46 is literally steps away and takes you there within 4 minutes. We had no problem riding that with our large family.
Overall I would not hesitate to rent the family room at B/C and would recommend it. The kids loved the children’s room and bunk beds and my husband and I loved the space and amenities for our large family.
My *only* complaint was that I got a lot of confusing emails from the property about a deposit before we arrived. I clarified that the large deposit was only needed if you were using the rental car. I was also slightly frustrated that I took the time to enter all of our passport details through the link provided ahead of time, then had to do it again at check in.
