The hotel is beautiful, with a charming colonial style and well-maintained facilities. The staff is friendly, and the location offers quick access to major tourist attractions. If possible, request a room away from the street, as traffic noise can be an issue. Also, try to shower early, as hot water may be limited later in late mornings. Coffee and sweet bread are included as a complimentary treat. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room had cockroaches, and when I reported it to the staff, they did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. On top of that, the room had no heating, and the nights were freezing. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made the experience unbearable. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend to.anyone

Llegué tarde a una cita porque no había agua caliente, se reportó, el personal pidió esperáramos 10 minutos para que calentara el boiler que se había apagado. esperamos y nada, nos pidieron esperar otros 10 minutos, lo hicimos y nunca salió agua cliente, llegamos tarde y el personal como si nada no estaba al tanto muy mal servicio por ello

Es muy importante que revisen las fotos publicadas, yo seleccioné una habitación Junior, pero la foto venía con 2 camas, no tenía aclaración cuando hice la reservación de que solo era 1 cama. Por lo que fue una desagradable sorpresa. La persona que nos atendió de nombre Sergio intentaba explicar que esto venia así en su sistema, pero al yo mostrarle mi reserva con la foto de 2 camas, se alteró, inclusive me dijo que, si lo estaba amenazando, yo le dije que escribiría los hechos en la reseña y se portó molesto, al grado de decir que no hablaría con otros huéspedes de mi familia, solo conmigo. Me parece desafortunada su actitud, yo puedo entender que al estar lleno el hotel no podían darme otra alternativa, inclusive yo estaba dispuesto a pagar una diferencia, pero no ser empático con el cliente empaña por completo lo bonito de las instalaciones, de la habitación y de las cosas positivas de este Hotel. Lástima, nos gustó mucho el lugar, pero no regresaríamos por las actitudes de este sr Sergio, pésimo servicio.

Me quisieron cobrar el estacionamiento siendo que lo incluía, además este servicio solo está disponible hasta las 9:30 am te toca sacarlo de un estacionamiento externo. Además aún no terminaba mi estancia y me sacaron el ventilador porque tenían evento. El desayuno estaba rico.

Todo bien, excepto el RUIDO de la calle es MUY ALTO, las habitaciones están junto a la calle y pasan rutas de camiones y combis sin cesar, no existe aislamiento de ruido, NO deberian rentar estas habitaciones, no pudimos dormir y el ruido empieza desde las 5 am, el desayuno es bueno, cercano al centro, no volvere a este hotel ni gratis.
