4/10 Fair

We stayed at La Divina for one night Oct 15-16 The hotel is beautiful and perfect location The room was stunning and with an incredible view We booked the room with a hot tub on the private terrace When we arrived we were excited about enjoying the hot tub It was freezing cold We told the front desk and she came up to get it going We went shopping and touring around and came back the hot tub still not warm or hot We then spoke to the gentleman who came up to address the issue After several complaints the room that we paid much more than a regular room for the hot tub never worked We talked to front desk in the morning she came up again still freezing cold I loved the hotel but not impressed that they would not credit us any money for the fact that the hot tub was what we really paid for and didn’t get to use it Hoping they address the issue and refund part of our money If the hot tub dues not work fix it or advise the guests and make the situation right That’s customer service and appreciation

8/10 Very good

La Divina is a lovely property with helpful staff. The soundproofing was top notch, which was helpful the night we were there (a concert was going on outside). My only complaint is that it is in a VERY busy area and parking is scarce. We parked in a 24/7 staffed garage a couple blocks away. I recommend La Divina to anyone who doesn’t mind being in a crowded area.

Unbelievably gorgeous hotel in the middle of all the wonderful sites and restaurants in Athens. Short walk to Monastraki. Staff are so kind, friendly and accommodating. Also the history of the hotel and it's connection to Maria Callas is an added perk. One of the best places to stay in Athens!

What a magnificent hotel. It is modern with old stone wall charm left through out the resort. We stayed in the room with the larger patio with the hot tub, what a great treat that was. There is so much to do within walking distance! The staff was very polite and professional!
