This is the best Riad I’ve stayed in, everything is impeccable: the decoration, beds, sheets, the table setting and food for breakfast, and Hanna and her team make the stay extra special

DO NOT STAY AT THIS RIAD!
DO NOT STAY AT THIS RIAD!!! Here is why: My family of five was coming into Marrakesh on a late train due to things out of our control like a cancelled ferry and consequently later trains. We called the Riad at 10pm while pulling into the train station to let her know we would be late and she told us that we could not come there that late. “This is not a hotel. You can’t just show up any time!” is what she told my wife on the phone (despite the fact that the listing clearly states that check in was “any time after three”. So, after traveling for two days to get there from Barcelona our family of 5 had nowhere to stay pulling into an unknown town in an unknown country. Because of this I had to cancel a three day tour that was supposed to begin at a prearranged meeting point near this riad. This Riad should no longer exist! We were told by a local that we should have showed up with the police and have her arrested. I think Hotels.com should seriously consider removing her from their listings!
