Wonderful experience and a cofortable night's sleep. Minor gripe was how easily the bed rolls you out (as a disabled man, being dumped on the floor wasn't ideal!) And one of our window latches didn't close properly. As I say though, minor personal gripes and overall a lovely stay!

Convenient location on a quiet street. It is a B &B and the breakfast was outstanding. Room was adequate but bathroom was a challenge due to its very compact size. Good value for the money overall.

Great location as a base for visiting York. You can park up at the hotel and then walk everywhere. Only 10 minutes from the City Centre. Very helpful staff, good breakfast and a bar in the evening for pre and post dinner drinks. We met up as a group reunion of 8 - close enough to the station for some to walk as well. We had a large room with an en suite shower. Plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Not many frills.
