A warm welcome by the staff and always with a smile, this hotel catered for all our needs including asking for extra pillows, lovely lounge area to relax in , lift goes down to the tram station which is a bonus. very good choice of meals with a good bar area. Twin room was very comfortable and quiet ended up staying an extra night .

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, lots of variety here. Good. location for the Winter Gardens where I was attending an annual dance event.
