I greatly appreciated the highly ceilings on the 4th floor rooms, plenty of seating for dining, coffee and hot water for tea all day in the lobby, and everyone’s friendliness towards all the pet dogs. One minor suggestion would be a grassy area for dogs rather than an area of dirt.

Everything was great about the hotel, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was clean with perfect location. I gave 4 stars only because of the breakfast. I've been to few other Hampton Inn, so the breakfast can definitely be improved.

The air conditioning unit was not working. Maintenance was unable to fix it. It was dripping water all over the carpet all night. They provided us a small fan and that was it. The TV wasn’t working either. The hotel was fully booked so we had no other choice but to stay and have a miserable night in sweltering, humid and smelly conditions.

Overall I was happy with how clean and spacious room was. I wasn’t happy that the inside refrigerator and AC was not clean. I was also not happy that the AC was very round. I could turn off Ac but couldn’t turn off the fan, which affected my sleep. Breakfast was ok. I had more variety at other locations.
