That place is a dump. It’s loud when you arrive at two in the morning everybody’s in front of the streets you think it’s a quiet place like they describe it and it’s not the rooms are totally destroyed. That sink was loose. Toilet was terrible. The bathroom I would not recommend that Hotel to anybody.

Room With A Disco Beat

I stayed for 1 night and let’s start with the positives; great location, near shops, stores, bars and great restaurants. Staff is friendly, helpful and kind. It’s also very inexpensive, I thought it a great bargain, at first. The in room shower was great, with plenty of hot water. BUT: I was assigned a room with no windows and no a/c, it was a bit stuffy although there was a fan. There was no place to put clothes, no wardrobe, no shelves, no luggage rack, no desk, nada. I put my things on the floor. The noise was a huge problem, there is a dance club next door and loud music and base played until 3:00 AM. It was difficult to sleep.

The room is uncomfortable, dont have phone for comunicate to front desk, the hotel dont have elevator and you have to take stairs to ask or request something. The shower cabin drain is suoer slow. Dont have anything to hanging the closets. The first day dont have any soap or shampoo Never cleaned the room nither change tje towells in 3 days. The breakfast is disgusting.The room 140 sq ft that I got was to small and dont have ventilation, have an small exhaust fan working in reverse jjjj, dont have AC , I never saw this specification when I got the reservation. I think that isn't room May be it was a janitor utility closet and adapt it to a "Rom"

I was under the impression that this was a hotel when I initially booked it. I was wrong. This property is more like a hostel. An extremely low budget hostel. Definitely not worth the price (41 dollars a night for the cheapest room). There was no hot water in the shower or sink so I had to take cold showers. There was a weird smell that came from the bathroom one morning. I brought it up to the front desk receptionist, nothing was ever done about it. I did not get any sleep while I was staying at this property. From the traffic outside to the nightclub next door that would blast music every night until 5/6am. There is absolutely no way that you will get any rest at this place. Furthermore, the front desk receptionist did not tell me what time breakfast was when I checked in. The next morning I went downstairs at 8:20am to have breakfast thinking breakfast ended at 9am. I was informed by her that breakfast was until 8:30am and that I would not be getting anything for the day. The next morning, I woke up super early for breakfast. While I was eating, I noticed other guests would come downstairs for breakfast at 9am (past the time for breakfast) and they would be served. I brought it up to one of the other English speaking guest and he said, "looks like there is different rules for different people". Spanish speaking guests are given first priority instead of non Spanish speaking guests. Extremely unprofessional. I will not return.

La verdad estoy inconforme con esta reserva, el Jacuzzi estaba cochino, a la hora de hacer check in se me hizo cobro doble, lo cual estuve esperando los días que estuve en la reserva que fueran retornados y hasta el día de hoy no han sido retornados. Envíe un correo y me comuniqué pero nada que se da respuesta a esto.
Se puso el jacuzzi y al rato empezó a sacar esta suciedad por el ducto (filtro)

Mejor ve a otro lugar.

No me gustó. Por el precio en la misma zona pude haber tomado algo mejor. No tiene guardaropa, ni un tubo o un gancho para ponerla, tampoco para poner las maletas, espacios mal proporcionados, baño sumamente pequeño, el jacuzzy con cosas sobrepuestas solo de adorno, no te brindam agua, se tiene que comprar, mucho menos tiene frigobar. La puerta es con llave muy simple y la seguridad deja que desear.
