Very clean and comfortable hotel. Also the room is very spacious. Free breakfast was also good. Breads, scrambled eggs, orange juice and fruits were enought to start an energetic day.

Hotel is in good location everything is on walking distance, staff are great and very friendly, couple of complaints first one breakfast is the same every day and the shower is too small.

Central location. Great view. Very nice accommodations. Would stay again. NOTE: the entrance is confusing to get to, especially after hours, since you need to access the plaza via the walkway at the parking garage entrance in the side street (in a dodgy area). Access from near the metro station is the usual way but this gets gated off at night.

Good location, mediocre hotel.

The hotel is in a good location if you can find it. It was definitely hard to find in the dark the forst time we arrived, but it is close to the sites. The wifi was awful. About 80% of the time, the wifi connection wasnt even giving us a signal. The breakfast was below average with just a boxed lunch.

Great location and good value for the room!

It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was quite adequate, cosisting of cereal, fruit, yogurt, various cheeses and coldcuts, scrambled eggs, and bread and rolls with a toaster. The only real complaint we had was the shower, which was in a small bathtub with a high side to climb in and out of, and the tub was very slippery.

Localização muito boa, quartos agradáveis com cozinha individual, estação de metrô logo em frente. Café da manhã deixa a desejar. Como o hotel fica dentro de um centro comercial, e a entrada principal fecha em determinados dias / horários, seria importante salientar essa informação, pois quem chega e se depara com a entrada principal fechada, tem alguma dificuldade até localizar o acesso pelas ruas laterais.

Excelente estadia

Atendimento excelente das recepcionistas e de toda equipe do hotel, com um plus para as recepcionistas que sempre foram muito prestativas e nos ajudaram em tudo que era solicitado. Limpeza era feita diariamente, café da manhã com bastante reposição. A vista era possível ver as cordilheiras e o hotel ainda presentou meu namorado aí fazia aniversário com uma surpresa no quarto. Ótima localização com mercado embaixo, Subway e metrô na entrada.

Ótimo hotel

Gostamos muito do hotel e do quarto que continha toda a infraestrutura para podermos preparar algo para comer nos dois dias de feriado nacional. Tem supermercado, farmácia, metrô muito próximos do hotel. Voltaríamos outras vezes. Único ponto a ser melhorado foi que por duas vezes foi disponibilizada apenas uma toalha de banho enquanto estávamos em casal.
