Good value for the money

It is newly built hotel and rooms are very comfortable. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to the city center. Staff were very helpful and friendly only negative situation were the weird behaviour of the receptionist when I left the hotel at 19 November evening.

Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly.

Pros: there is an ability to find street parking for no cost, you just have to be lucky. We were here in late May and found street parking fairly quickly. Bycycle bridge to Konstanz not far away. Cons: room was not like the picture. It was small and right on a busy street so the noise when you opened the windows was horrible. Also. No ability to set the thermostat. Really not a good value for the money. Breakfast for 17 euro was nothing special.

De kamer was ruim en schoon, en personeel vriendelijk. De incheck-procedure duurt wel te lang. Als zakelijke reiziger na 800km gereden te hebben en diverse klantenbezoeken wil je snel inchecken en niet 10-15 min. wachten totdat alle bureaucratie ingevuld is. Wat is het nut van privé adres etc. op te geven, wanneer je zakelijk reist ? Parkeergelegenheid in de parkeergarage ernaast voor 16,= per dag.

Hotel moderne à Constance entre Rhin et lac

Hotel neuf; pas de parking pour l'hôtel : petit emplacement stationnement de 10' sinon parking souterrain public payant dans immeuble proche. L'accueil en après-midi est moyen et à revoir : 1 homme (avec petit chignon) n'a pas sa place là car hautain et sec.. Heureusement sa collègue est accueillante et souriante ainsi que l'homme à l'accueil le matin ; Chambre et salle de douche/wc propres et vastes, très bonne literie. Grandes baies donnant sur bâtiment en construction voisin. Petit-déjeuner traditionnel et fourni. Etonnant comparé aux autres hôtels de même standing en Allemagne : pas de bouilloire ni café ou thé dans la chambre ! Mais surprise agréable : Un grand pot d'eau et agrumes pour se servir à volonté est proposé gratuitement dans l'entrée. New hotel ; no parking for the hotel : small space of 10' closed, and public underground parking in nearby building. The reception in the afternoon is unwell and needs to be reviewed: 1 man (with a small bun) has no place there because haughty and dry.. hopefully his woman colleague is welcoming and smiling as well as the man at the reception in the morning; Room and shower room/toilet clean and spacious, very good bedding. Large windows overlooking the neighboring building. Missing and curious compared to other hotels of the same standing in Germany: no kettle or coffee or tea in the room! But pleasant surprise: A large pot of water and citrus fruits to help yourself is free offer

Schöne grosse Zimmer mit super Frühstück!!! Gleich neben einem Parkhaus mit E-Ladestation. Mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Wenige Stationen bis in die Altstadt!

Mooi hotel met grote kamer, helaas niet erg schoon

Mooie grote kamer op een prima locatie. Je kunt lopen naar het centrum van Konstanz, maar ook met de bus gaan. Bushalte is voor de deur. Helaas was de kamer erg vies. De nachtkastjes plakten van gemorste drank, de wasbak was vol met haren en de badkamervloer was ook vies. Ook na de eerste nacht was de vloer niet schoongemaakt.

Pluspunkt: Zimmer sind recht neu und sauber. Negativ: Personal wenig gastorientiert, stark unterbesetzt (Check-In und Bar parallel ist schwer möglich), viele Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter verstehen kein Deutsch, daher waren viele Kommunikationen sehr behäbig. Frühstücksraum unpraktisch (Gäste stehen sich aufgrund der Organisation des Raumes im Weg). Bei uns wurde zudem die Zimmerreinigung vergessen und bei einer anderen Reinigung die Pfandflaschen mitgenommen. Generell war das Erlebnis mit dem Personal also eher schwierig. Positiv zu erwähnen: Eine Barmitarbeiterin der Spätschicht (trug Zöpfe) war total nett und hat uns lieb und freundlich umsorgt. Dennoch: Wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Nos cambiaron el tipo de habitación que habíamos reservado sin ningún motivo (nos pusieron en una de minusválidos) y encima tuvimos que estar esperando más de 40 minutos hasta que la tuvieron preparada. La chica de la recepción muy borde. No tienen parking en el hotel (aunque anuncian lo contrario) y tampoco plancha, ni nevera, ni siquiera tetera (aunque esta última está disponible dejando un depósito de 30 euros del que ni tan siquiera te dan un resguardo). Me parecieron muy poco profesionales.

Helt nyt hotel. Men aircondition kunne ikke køle rummet under 23 grader, og der var et ret fugtigt klima på værelset, nok af samme årsag. Rengøring blev glemt.

Zimmer war sauber und groß genug für 2 Personen. Das Badezimmer war auch sauber und gefällt uns sehr gut. Klimaanlage Steuerung ist aber nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich. Personal arbeitet aber etwa langsam beim Checkin. Ein Getränkautomat wäre gut, damit man lange Wartezeit bei dem Bar sparen kann, um die Getränke zu bezahlen.
