Friendly and competent staff. I got assigned a second room after experiencing the first night. The rooms are not sound proof and the hall is very loud. Rooms and bathrooms are clean

Hidden gem!!! The neighborhood looked a bit sketchy, but it was v safe. Excellent halal good optuons in the area. Walkable distance to main road to catch cabs or bus. Notbsure whyvuts rated as a 2 star hotel!!

Nice hotel on the whole. Clean room, comfy bed. Had shampoo, body wash, hand soap and a dental kit as part of the room. Nice waterfall shower too. Quite basic to be honest and it was quite noisy on the weekend nights that we stayed - if you have a problem sleeping with noise then this might not be the hotel for you! The location is amazing though,

Hotel was ok. In terrible location, very unsafe for solo travellers and women. People waiting outside hotel to harass and beg. Smells like feces and urine on the streets around it. Door lock malfunctioned and had to be moved to another room. for the price it was ok.

Many options to eat very nearby besides tapas make it very convenient after walking all day. Smash Hiro (burgers), Raval pizza, fried chicken, hot dog, tex-mex, 365 (pastries and sandwiches), kebbabs, and shwarma. Between 2 Aldi supermarkets. Lots of small fruit shops. Can get loud at night (ask front desk for ear plugs) and lots of graffiti but completely safe. First impression of street might not be good but it grows on you and has lots of character. Lucky Schmuck bar is supposedly on the list of best bars in the world. Room was a bit small but clean and well maintained.

Oh my God!! What can I say? My experience sucked.. they offered me a shuttle service from de airport to hotel and idk what happened, but they had us waiting for an hour and 20 min. Still, we ended up taking a taxi. The lady in the reception was rude, or at least her tone. The staff as well. Idk, i just dont recommend this place, thats a shame because the hotel is nice, the breakfast is good, but the staff and the neighborhood, no thanks. Not worth it..

Great welcoming staff! Friendly. Room was excellent. Location is great. Pricing is competitive breakfast was yummy. We told the front desk note before we had to leave for airport before breakfast opened and they made a takeaway for us and called a cab for us.
