Love this spot! It has a home like feel. Very spacious and clean. Housekeeping took 45 minutes to bring extra towels as we were only given one set on arrival. We asked at the front desk and had to request again via whatsapp. But outside of that. It was great. Will definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Miami and a great deal of that was down to choosing the Smart Brickell Hotel as our base. We had a Residence one bedroom plus condo which had a magnificent view of Brickell and to the southeast (great for the 4th of July fireworks). Ideal for some self catering when necessary - There's a decent coffee shop by the lobby but no hotel restaurant, though we felt no loss as there is no lack of excellent eateries within walking distance of the hotel. Public transport is good and easily walkable/accessible from the hotel. 2 good Publix supermarkets are a few minutes walk and the classy Brickell City Centre shopping mall is nearby. Great swimming pools which are good for kids. Good and discreet housekeeping, friendly and efficient reception, and a special mention to Isa at reception who was lovely. We had a great time, felt it was very good value for Miami and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to the Smart Brickell Hotel.

The check in at this place is very difficult, lots of burocracy. I’ve been in 5 stars hotels and never had problems checking in if it’s not your name but your husbands and both have same last name. We had a wedding to go and that was no iron in the e room. Poor communication.
