Great stop over before our long flight from Madrid airport! The staff was welcoming and helpful and the rooms very clean. It can get a bit loud with people coming in and out for different flight time but the amenities and food were great!

The staff were extremely helpful. Their policy states that the airport transportation must be scheduled 72 hours in advance. We were stranded in Madrid by the airline and booked a room without looking at the fine print. The staff made an exception and promptly picked us up in a beautiful FORD TRANSIT! They were so nice. The food in the "cafeteria" was excellent! 24 euro for a 3-course meal with drinks.

Was only for a night after flying transatlantic, so I didn’t leave the hotel, but the room and staff were excellent, and very forgiving of my poor Spanish!

The airport shuttle was very helpful, picking us up at car rental return the night of our stay and taking us back to the airport the next morning for our flight. Desk staff were courteous. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Our flight was too early to sample breakfast, but we did enjoy the pool! Our room was spacious, with an adjoining space for teenage children. Happy to recommend the convenience and amenities of this hotel for an early morning departure.
